Pyrotex fire sleeve
Pyrotex Firesleeve is Atlantex's main fire protection product. It's a self-extinguishing thermal protection sleeve that sheds molten material and resists direct flame. It protects hoses, cables, and wiring from intense heat and molten metal splash in industrial, automotive, and foundry applications.
Tufftex abrasion sleeve
Tufftex W is a woven abrasion sleeve made from high-tenacity multi-filament nylon yarn. It's woven into a flexible tube that fully covers hoses, cables, and wires and protects them from wear over time. It's also used to bundle several lines together. Tufftex B is a high-visibility version that helps alert personnel to potential hazards.
Para-Tex aramid sleeving
Para-Tex protective sleeving is braided from DuPont™ Kevlar® para-aramid fiber. It guards hoses, tubing, wires, and cables against cut-through, abrasion, and thermal hazards. The braided construction gives full coverage while staying flexible.
ReflectTherm heat shielding and thermal insulation
ReflectTherm reflective products reduce heat transfer to nearby components. That helps equipment run at peak efficiency and extends the life of critical parts in heavy industrial and performance automotive applications. Atlantex also makes thermal insulation products, such as Pyrotherm fiberglass rope, plus thermal tapes and wraps.
Custom protective sleeving
Atlantex is vertically integrated and calls itself a full-service maker of systems protection products. It designs, fabricates, and helps put in place custom solutions for nonstandard needs, and invites customers to bring it demanding applications.
